Welcome to my March Newsletter!
Celebrating the Equinox and the Return of the Light

As we emerge from the dormancy of winter to meet today’s Equinox, we receive a gentle nudge towards balance and vitality.

Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy harmonizes the body, mind, and spirit, inviting us to welcome the increasing light and warmth of spring with clarity and rejuvenation.

Did you know that what differentiates Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy from other healing modalities is our acknowledgment of the wholeness of the body and its connection to the family, the ecosystem, and the creative spirit underlying all life?

As anatomist and embryologist Dr. Blechschmidt put it, “The body functions as a whole and it is only as a whole that we should attempt to comprehend it.”

So why are we surprised when the results from treating our body as separate parts are so disappointing?

BCST works with the craniosacral system, the bones, membranes, and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding and protecting the brain and spinal cord. The craniosacral system is connected to the rest of the body through the fascia, a network of connective tissue that envelops every organ, muscle, nerve, and blood vessel. BCST releases tension around your body’s connective tissue network.

BCST has many benefits for people of all ages and conditions.

Don’t take my word for it!

Cleveland Clinic reports that “CST promotes pain relief from headaches, neck pain and the side effects of cancer treatment.” ClevelandClinic.org

Pain relief: BCST can reduce or eliminate pain by releasing tension, inflammation, and trauma stored in the tissues and nerves. BCST can also balance the nervous system, which regulates pain perception and response. BCST can be effective for chronic pain, headaches, migraines, neuralgia, fibromyalgia, complex regional pain syndrome, and more.
Relaxation: BCST can induce a deep state of relaxation and calm by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for rest, digestion, and healing. BCST releases stress, anxiety, and emotional blockages that interfere with well-being and happiness. BCST also improves the quality of sleep, mood, and mental clarity.
Emotional well-being: BCST can heal emotional wounds and traumas by creating a safe, supportive, and compassionate space for the client to explore and express their feelings. BCST helps the client access their inner resources, such as resilience, strength, creativity, and joy. BCST enhances a sense of connection, belonging, and purpose in life.
Physical well-being: BCST supports the optimal functioning of the body’s systems and organs by enhancing the flow of blood, lymph, and cerebrospinal fluid. BCST also boosts the immune system, the endocrine system, and the digestive system, as well as promotes wound healing and injury recovery. BCST assists with prevention and management of various health conditions, such as stroke, scoliosis, temporomandibular joint syndrome, post-concussion syndrome, Long Covid, and more.
Spiritual well-being: BCST facilitates the integration of the body, mind, and spirit, aligning the client with their true essence and potential. BCST can help the client access higher states of consciousness, intuition, and wisdom. BCST fosters a sense of harmony, balance, and peace within oneself and with one’s environment.

Join us in celebrating the Equinox – season of renewal and new beginnings! Let Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy be your invitation to optimal health and vitality.
