At the heart of every CST session lies a profound connection between the therapist and the client, creating a space where true healing can unfold.
Intersubjectivity, the shared experience between therapist and client, plays a pivotal role in this process. It is through this deep, empathetic connection that the therapist can attune to the subtle rhythms of your body, facilitating the release of tension and encouraging the body’s natural healing mechanisms.
This relational aspect of CST is not just about physical touch—though that is a key component—but also about the therapist’s presence and intention. By creating a safe, nurturing environment, you feel supported, allowing deeper layers of stress and trauma to emerge and be gently addressed.
In each session, the bond between you and the therapist is strengthened, creating a foundation for ongoing healing and well-being.
